OptimusProf primarily serves the construction industry, offering products directly via pre-approved suppliers to B2B consumers within the European Union. 2. Applicable Laws & VAT Treatment

As per EU Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value-added tax (VAT), cross-border transactions between VAT-registered businesses within the EU are treated as intra-community supplies:

• VAT-Registered Businesses: If you provide a valid VAT number at the time of purchase, the reverse charge mechanism will apply, and VAT will not be charged on the invoice. It is your responsibility to report and account for VAT in your country.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement, in the case of invoice payments; no goods will be dispatched before the payment has been received. Accepted payment methods include major online payment systems, bank transfers, debit, and credit cards. Transactions will be processed by OptimusProf and appear on your invoice and receipt.

 

4. Delivery & Returns

Our products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation, typically ranging between 5 to 10 business days.

 

Returns Policy:

You may request a return or refund for faulty goods within 14 days of receipt.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty upon delivery. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product(s), less applicable restocking fees.
