OptimusProf provides construction products directly from pre-approved suppliers to the Danish B2B consumers. 2. Applicable VAT and Tax Treatment
As per the Danish VAT Act (Momsloven), all domestic transactions are subject to the applicable Danish VAT rate of 25%. VAT is included in the final price at checkout and will appear on your invoice. No reverse charge mechanism applies to domestic transactions.
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed in full at the time of order placement. In the case of invoice payments; no goods will be dispatched before payment has been received. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Transactions will be processed by OptimusProf and will reflect on your invoice and receipt.
4. Delivery & Returns
Our products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation, typically ranging between 2 to 7 business days.
Returns Policy:

You may request a return or refund for faulty or misrepresented goods within 14 days of receipt.

OptimusProf primarily serves the construction industry, offering products directly via pre-approved suppliers to B2B consumers within the European Union. 2. Applicable Laws & VAT Treatment
As per EU Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value-added tax (VAT), cross-border transactions between VAT-registered businesses within the EU are treated as intra-community supplies:
